- Most orders ship in 1-3 business days from California. Time in Transit is on top of that.
- We print orders every morning at 8:30 a.m. PST. Therefore, if you place an order at 8:35 a.m. on a Tuesday, for example, it will be considered a "Wednesday" order.

We are closed on the weekends, so if you order after 8:30 PST on Friday, your order will print on the following Monday and will be considered a "Monday" order.
- The moment your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number. As well, you can login to your account to see the tracking info. We often get emails or texts from people asking "where is my order"? The order already shipped and the tracking was sent out but because people often have multiple email addresses, they don't see the info. If you are wondering why you haven't received an email yet, please check your "other" email account, or login to our site where the info is updated.
- You are free to cancel your order for a full refund anytime before the order ships.
- Paying for OVERNIGHT or TWO DAY shipping will not guarantee that your order will ship the next day. It only guarantees that when it does ship, it will ship by the method you paid for.
- Shipping is free on domestic orders over $400 (USA only).

Shipping companies are having a hard time these days and sometimes the shipment is delayed through no fault of our own. Please be aware that we are using Fedex and US Mail for shipping and we cannot control their delays.

You will get an email notification from FedEx letting you know when your package is available for pickup. A valid state ID to verify you're the owner of the package will be required when you come pick up or anyone with the same address as the shipping address on their state ID can pick up the package on your behalf.
