- Most orders ship in 1-3 business days from California. Time in Transit is on top of that.
- We print orders every morning at 8:30 a.m. PST. Therefore, if you place an order at 8:35 a.m. on a Tuesday, for example, it will be considered a "Wednesday" order and it will ship by Friday (within 3 business days).
- The moment your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number. As well, you can login to your account to see the tracking info. We often get emails or texts from people asking "where is my order"? The order already shipped and the tracking was sent out but because people often have multiple email addresses, they don't see the info. If you are wondering why you haven't received an email yet, please check your "other" email account, or login to our site where the info is updated.
- You are free to cancel your order for a full refund anytime before the order ships.
- Paying for OVERNIGHT or TWO DAY shipping will not guarantee that your order will ship the next day. It only guarantees that when it does ship, it will ship by the method you paid for.
- Shipping is free on domestic orders over $400 (USA only).
- Special Note: You may be aware of the struggles that the US Post office is having lately. We have seen that orders which ship by US Mail can take longer than usual. If you are concerned about how quickly you receive your order, we encourage you to use Fedex instead. If you want to support the Post Office, please use them, but be patient if they take longer.

Pick up in-store: If you choose this option at checkout, your order will be shipped using standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) to your selected local department store that is affiliated with FedEx such as FedEx Office (Kinko's), Walgreens, Albertsons, Kroger. You will get an email notification from FedEx letting you know when your package is available for pickup. A valid state ID to verify you're the owner of the package will be required when you come pick up or anyone with the same address as the shipping address on their state ID can pick up the package on your behalf.
