Our daily cut-off time is 8:30 a.m (PST).
1. Log into your TKB account. (You'll need to register one using the same email address you used to place the order.)
2. Once you're logged in, you will be able to see Edit or Cancel option.
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
1. Editing: Doing this will CANCEL your original order and all items will be re-added back to your shopping cart. At this point, you may add more or remove items from your order and check out again. Rest assured that our system will automatically refund / void the transaction of your canceled order, it might take up to 48 hours for the refund to show on your bank account.
If you have a limited funds on your account, please consider carefully before doing this.
2. Cancelling: Your order will be canceled automatically upon your request and a refund will be initiated immediately. However, during the 2020 Covid-19 outbreak, our card processor is now taking up to 10 business days to return the funds to your bank account.
3. Unable to Edit/Cancel: If the option to edit or cancel your order is grayed out, that means it has past our daily cut-off time 8:30 a.m (PST) and your order is already being processed, at this point it can no longer be canceled or edited. TKB greatly appreciates your understanding about this.
