At TKB Trading, we strive to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Please follow the steps below if your order is marked as delivered but not received.
1. If Your Order Is Marked as Delivered but You Did Not Receive It
Before contacting us, please take the following steps:
Check your property – Look around your home, including the front porch, back door, mailbox, or any secure location where the package may have been placed.
Ask household members or neighbors – Someone may have accepted the package on your behalf.
Wait 24 hours – Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before actual delivery.
2. Orders Shipped via Customer-Selected Carriers
If your package remains missing after completing the steps above: Contact us at support@tkbtrading.com, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier you selected.
Resolutions will be determined based on the shipping carrier’s investigation results.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Customer Responsibility for Tracking & Reporting Missing Orders
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for using this tracking information to monitor delivery status.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days from the date the tracking number was issued, please contact support@tkbtrading.com for assistance.
- Missing order claims must be submitted within 30 days of the tracking number being issued. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for resolution. We will contact your selected shipper, and if the shipper deems the period too long, customer will not be provided a refund.
4. Stolen Package Policy
If you believe your package has been stolen, please report the theft to local authorities as soon as possible.
TKB Trading is not responsible for stolen packages and will not issue replacements or refunds. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are no longer liable for its security.
To help prevent theft in the future, we recommend: Providing a secure shipping address (e.g., workplace, locked mailbox, or package locker).
Opting for signature confirmation on future orders.
Choosing a delivery location where someone can receive the package in person.
