I'm not getting any shipping rates at checkout

If you're not getting any shipping rates at checkout, please make sure that you don't have any items that cannot be shipped internationally or cannot be shipped by air in your shopping cart.

These items are typically flammable and cannot ship by air.  There is a "popup" notice that shows up when you put such an item in your cart, but sometimes people just click through that without reading.

Items which fall into that category includes all the Nail Polish bases and nail polish color concentrates, some of the flavoring oils, and some additional chemicals.

Many of our flavoring oils are fine, but some which are not allowed include: Birthday Cake, Cotton Candy, Green Apple, Gummy Candy, Honeysuckle, Karamel Kandy, Lemon Verbena, Rainbow Sherbert, Sugar n Cereal

These items have been classified as a dangerous material by all airlines, and is prohibited to ship air.

For example: If you live in Puerto Rico, and the only way to get to Puerto Rico is taking a flight, therefore, we cannot ship Nail Polish to Puerto Rico.
