To manage your tickets, go to: support.tkbtrading.com
First you will need to sign in with a registered account (This should be the email address you used to contact us in the past or has the support tickets you want to manage)..
Once you're logged in, click on your name at the top right corner to open the menu, then click "My activities".
On the activity page, you will be able to see all of your tickets that you've opened. You can click on the ticket that you want to follow up with to add your comments.
