Refunds

Question: Why haven't you refunded me? 

Answer: 

Please note that all refunds issued back onto your credit/debit card can take up 24 - 48 hours to be available in your account. Sometimes it takes a banking institution up to 5 - 7 business days to process and have it reflect in your account. All PayPal refunds will be available as soon as the refund has been issued.

If you place an order and cancel it within 24 hours, your bank will usually process the refund as a reversal instead. This means that the transaction will not appear in your mobile/desktop banking app, but will be shown on your bank statement. If you have questions regarding how your refund is processed, please contact your bank. Once a refund has been initiated, the funds are immediately withdrawn from our account back to yours. 

Also, if you need a refund to be issued by a TKB Customer Service Associate, please be sure that the original payment method is available to receive money. There is no way for us to reverse or stop a refund once it's been issued. If your original payment method is no longer valid after a refund has been processed, you must call your bank as we're unable to further assist you once the funds have left our account.
